Let the words carry you away,
To a better place,
Let your memory stray.
Feel the love in every line,
Live through the poetry,
The feelings divine.
Soothing words to touch the soul,
Each verse like music,
As it gently unfolds,
That tender touch,
That special feeling,
Poetry, is so appealing.
