Poseidon Poem by Misty Heart

Poseidon

Rating: 4.3

The rippling waves... the gentle sounds
of wind had made me smile.
The clouds started to shed their tears;
I saw the warning of the skiy.

And then a sudden quake has come
that i fell down on my knees.
Racing winds and fearful waves;
I saw the rage of seas.

My tears were hidden by the rain.
the whirlpool coming on.
I stood to see the one beneath:
the god of sea___Poseidon.

Nature has betrayed me.
That god's eyes made me scream.
I then closed my weary eyes...
I woke up from my dream.

I hardly breath; i stood up.
I realized it's New Year's Eve.
I went out of my cabin
of this ship- I want to leave.

I heard him coming nearer... nearer
My mind shouted deep inside.
My heartbeats racing faster... faster
My soul just wanted to hide.

Too late to escape this god's anger;
For death is holding on.
Nature has just betrayed me...
the god of sea___Poseidon.
