When listening became regarded as offensive...
Disrespect found refreshed acceptance.

And now that disrespect is as mainstream,
As naked beauty queens...
Viagra, bras and sex enhancements,
Advertised on national TV...
People are wishing for those 'good old days' to return.

I lived in those days.
And the same people inflicting their prinicples,
Are the same ones in laboratories...
Producing remedies,
That have little to do with finding cures.
