There are many people needing,
To be told who they are.
What to do next and where to go.
How they should live,
Appear and think.
And when to do that done.
Like others also normally groomed.

And then...
There are those considered misfits.
Nonconformists.
Different, weird and mavericks.
Independent laughed at thinkers.
Identity makers.
Driven to adventure and explore life.
Facing obstacles and negativity.
To overcome while obtaining,
Knowledge, experiences and wisdom.
Making mistakes to have made admitted.
Without excuses heard,
To place blame or accuse others for them.

Although...
Seldom are people like this,
Thought or perceived...
To have obtained qualities of leadership.
Yet...
Those selected and picked to be leaders,
Are the ones needing to be told...
Who they are.
What to do next.
Where to go with words to say.
How to address a good impression made.
And what to think.
When and at the right time!
