Shed a tear if you must - but in GOD put your trust
He has taken meto a better place,where I saw
No pain, no suffering, no bigotry, no hate
Once I walked through those pearly gates.
So many colors that I had never seen before
And my wings waiting for me and so much more.
Family and friends gathered around welcoming me
yet not making a sound.
It was just a pure energy of love that you could only
Find in the heavens above.
We have no bodies, no shapes, no sounds
Just pure love that's all around.
We are like fireflies in the night, billions of us
In GOD S plain sight.
From the earth we look like a star - but much brighter by far.
That shooting star that you see in the sky
May be me flying by.
I mayeven stop and give you a kiss of pure energy of love
When we meet up above.
