Whether you enlarge things or reduce them, they remain stable in essential being. It's like Alice in Wonderland, sometimes she bigger, sometimes smaller, but she's always Alice. Just Alice.

This could be called HOW TO ENDURE WINTER. well, not everyone can escape ti a condo in Florida, so the answer is you don't hide away. Go for a winter walk, keep your mind open for surprises, what one writer called FABULOUS REALITIES. And there the small wonder becomes a big realization, just as the squirrel looms large in this wintry word. Ezra Pound expressed a similar notion when he wrote, THE ANT'S A CENTAUR IN HIS DRAGON WORLD.
