i let music carry my mind
soothing my aching muscles
over did my daily work-outs
it was painless until i stop
maybe my adrenalin fades away
lyric-less pieces i listen
for i put my own to accompany
every notes coming out of
instruments they playing

flute great, calm my nerves
to a point i could imagine i
i could write right then and
pain go away so fast am cured
i tried to move every ligaments
holding my frame, squeeze tight
i still have capable strength
to go on and on for decades
may my gods bless me as well
