Remorseful Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

Remorseful

Rating: 5.0

Three-twenty-four a.m.
And I am writing you a letter
I don't know why I woke up so early
But I wanted to tell you
I can't stand being the second banana
And the butt of yr jokes
Yeah! I thought they were hilarious at first
But they gotten meaner
So, the sake of my mind
I am cutting out
Maybe, if you were remorseful
I won't go

A well expressed poem, LeeAnn. If I am in the same boat, I will do the same too. Very straightforward. Top Marks! !

Insult comedy is never funny when it's at someone's expense. It's usually a sign of insecurity. The exception being the great Don Rickles! He was funny, secure and very sincere!
