Ring Of Fire Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Ring Of Fire

Rating: 5.0

Ring of fire in the wide skyway
Has occurred on June twenty-one;
This annular solar eclipse
Involves the earth, moon, and the sun.

Ring of fire in the sky above
Has shown spectacular display;
This astronomical event
Of twenty twenty makes man's day.

Ring of fire is widely witnessed
By men from many a country;
The whole world is in excitement,
Feeling the joy, gladness, and glee.

During this great phenomenon,
The moon is farthest from the earth;
Trace of thin solar disc is left,
Keeping the observers in mirth.

The beacon is back to normal,
As the hours of view expire;
The wonders of nature have brought
The effect of the ring of fire.
