Rudraksha - Ci To Civ Poem by Parameswaran Nair Damodaran Nair

Rudraksha - Ci To Civ

Rating: 5.0

Ci

Delay not my Lord creating avenues to my destination
The sharp stones and thorns of my path I trip over hurt me
The stealthy, swift clawing of eagles bruise my heart
Reluctant not be to give me company while I tread alone

Cii

I have been traversing a ghastly grave yard so far
An enclave of souls left behind denying salvation for eons
And have attained transformation as ghosts, devils and spirits
To haunt and tap the blood of the innocent passers by

Ciii

Cast on us thy grace to mellow the devilish perils
That famine, flood and epidemics indiscriminately unleash
Send your unfettered arrows surreptitiously at the wrongful
When war and peace engage in irrationally fierce duel

Civ

Mend the hearts of men that have been impoverished
By pilferage of tolerance faculty and humbling patience
Fertilize their barren hearts with love and compassion
Enrich their minds inculcating virtous and lofty ideals

A beautiful and powerful poem so well expressed. A prayer can bless us, our family and those we pray for. It can help us overcome obstacles and invite more peace in our life.

A Beautiful devotional piece of work. It is only God's grace that can relieve human suffering and prayers are a powerful tool to build peace and receive benevolence.

Thank you Savitaji. When we are helpless before the lost virtues of others we need resort to God's grace
