Russia Ukraine and The World

Russia Ukraine and The World
Where do your lonely children play?
How have they lost their innocence
At the indecent age of seven?

How have we evolved to being butchers of heaven
In which Almighty God demotes us to heathens?

Where do your children fight?
How have they become so bitter
At the tender age of ten?

How have we evolved to Satan's emissaries
In which Satan demotes us to less than zero?

Where do your children reside?
How have they become so homeless

How have we evolved to regression
In which God and Satan wage war?

Where will our precious children survive?
How have we lost their innocence
At the indecency of this age?

How have we evolved to dissolve to resolve
That God is dead and we won't live again?

Russia Ukraine and The World Manifesto
We may rise to be the grand manifesto
Where the world's children will rise again!

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Praying to God that the Ukrainian children be returned to their parents in Ukraine! It still baffles my mind that there wasn't more of an outcry from the world community about this despicable war crime!

For every war innocent children are the first casualties.. The Heads of States should think thousand times before starting a war.

A very perceptive poem. The inclusion of the world is a brilliant idea.

Sincere Thanks, Rosemarie for the all the comments. The World should have taken a far greater role in massive demonstrations! If this had happened in the US, massive demonstrations would be ongoing!

A very, very touching and incisive poem. So very true. It is the fundamental right of children to be protected yet their lives are sacrificed in this senseless war. Brilliant write, Richard.

I saw a very moving documentary about the abduction of those children. The director was in attendance. She and the audience were visibly deeply moved that she had successfully managed to present this documentary to the world.
