Sand Dust Of Ocean Poem by me poet yeps poet

Sand Dust Of Ocean

Rating: 4.0

we all are simply
part of sand-dunes
from the deserts of life
the wind carries us to the sea
all step on you and me

the water washes away so many times
pulls us into the ocean of time
then pushes us back and forth
what can we do

but get trampled by human beings
endeavouring to reach everlasting salvation

one day
till some fish devours us someday
and we go deeper into the sea
far away
no more deserts
no sand either
buried at the bottom of the sea
as deep as the fish had been
maybe a shark
a speck of sand we all arc

howz it friend
thou a greater poet art...

but unlike me
a speck of brilliant brighter sand
only perhaps you could be

L like the analogy in this poem; we are all but sand grains. A 10.

A wonderfully crafted poem. I loved how you took the idea of humans being like sand and expanded on it to form a poem. Thanks for sharing.
