A place of learning, a place of growth,
A place where minds and hearts both boast,
A place where knowledge is the key,
To unlocking doors of opportunity.

In school, we meet with friends old and new,
And discover passions, that we never knew,
We learn of science, art, and history,
And unlock our potential, with great mystery.

The teachers guide us with care and pride,
And show us how to take life in stride,
They challenge us to be our best,
And help us overcome any test.

In school, we learn not only facts,
But life skills, that we'll always enact,
We learn of teamwork, and leadership,
And how to be responsible for our own ship.

As we progress through each grade,
Our knowledge and wisdom never fade,
We gain more confidence with every class,
And emerge as leaders, with great pizzazz.

So let us cherish our time in school,
And never take for granted, this priceless jewel,
For the lessons we learn, will guide our way,
And shape the person, we are each day.
