Secluded Thought(Diǎn Jiàng Chún) Poem by Perdita Young (Hanna Wang)

Secluded Thought(Diǎn Jiàng Chún)

To the Tune: "Rouged Lips"

Secluded now is my thought,
Vague and fleeting in my heart.
Flowers are gone, gone with the breeze,
While orioles are still singing, cheerful
With peers of green years, in the trees.

By the window, I try to compose a poem,
But to put it in rhyme is not easy, seldom.
My feelings are threaded, a tangled mass.
Alas, what you read is just a small chart,
Though I meant to pour out all of my heart.

点绛唇 幽思

浅画幽思,
屋前芳华随风去。
丽莺堪慕,
犹唱青梅侣。

依立窗前,
欲把新词谱。
君知否?
万端心绪,
纸上能几许?
