Secret In The Dark Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Secret In The Dark

Rating: 3.7

Your throb and her heartbeat pulsate in rhyme
yet your minds thought of something very wrong;
insisting that the night is the right time
to let you taste the weakness that's so strong.
Till you savor the joy of peak to climb;
only to regret what you've waited long.
Why would she ever embrace you again?
Didn't you know that link is hard to trim?
