Shaven Head - To My Son, Qinglei Poem by Luo Zhihai

Shaven Head - To My Son, Qinglei

★ Shaven Head - To My Son, Qinglei
☆ Poem & Translation by Luo Zhihai

Common people's eyes are indistinct
Shaven head is a zero
Is nothingness
Is symbolic of emptiness

At dusk today
In a small barbershop by the street
With mother's good mood suddenly
Little Qinglei's hair was cut
Laugh before two mother and child
Returned to our home

Father is surprised
Shaven head's implied meaning is far-reaching
Shaven head is one
Is substantial
Is symbolic of start from one

The healthy and strong shaven head
Like uncut jade which is initially chiseled
Flat waves of the life
Thus for a long time
Shine bright in a circle and a circle
Whirl laugh and joking
