Silent Rages Poem by David Harris

Silent Rages

Rating: 5.0

There are silent rages
that go on behind the masks of man.
They fight for what is good
and for what is bad.
At times its hard to tell
which is winning or losing
within the struggle for supremacy
that takes place within our soul.
We seek answers daily
to sooth our troubles within
calling upon a higher order
to give us serenity
and calm the silent rages
that continue to torment our soul.
