Silent Social Media Poem by Sandra Feldman

Silent Social Media

Invisible links,
Human sphinx, that think
They can communicate,
With one another
What embers burn
What corners turn
To know one another?
The Journey's long
And often wrong,
Thousands of years,
Conquering fears,
Yet, we can't understand
Or hear each other
And then we turn
To cold machines
Intricate schemes,
None flowing streams
That will posses
What little's left
Of human chatter.

Silent night,
Sleep tight
If you still can.....

Sandra dear Your message is clear We're losing the art Of communicating heart to heart But how nice that we can share our rhyme Across the ocean of space of time
