Sins To Commit Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Sins To Commit

I am not offended.
By your sins to commit.
Our lessons and journeys,
Experienced.
As we travel different ways.
I can not judge.
Or offer an opinion to give.
To say which mission we are on,
Should be done another way.
My mistakes to make.
Could be sins as well.
If I knew what I did to do and not care.
And who called them sins.
To know them so well.
Who dwelled in hell.
To have escaped away from it.
Just to warn others of such a place.
With heaven not to have been,
Their first option to take.
After giving it consideration.
To then refuse.
My only position is to complete my own mission.
And wherever it leads,
I'm hoping to meet up with good folks.
Who did the best they could to do well.
Especially living,
To dance through these circumstances...
We all living today face.
