Sleeping Baby Poem by louis rams

Sleeping Baby

Rating: 5.0

The angels had her in their keep
While she played with the cherubs in her sleep
She had a smile from ear to ear, while with them
She had no fear.
With her eyes closed ever so tight , " she laughed"
With all her might.
She was kicking her legs up in the air
As if she was in a mile race, and such a smile upon her face.
What a delight it would be, if we could see
Underneath her eye lids
at what was taking place In that wide open space.
This is a moment that a parent treasures the most
When their child is the host.
