Smiles Poem by Akhtar Jawad

Smiles

Rating: 5.0

When my father smiled,
I thought I am lovely,
when my mother smiled,
I thought she is lovely,
when my wife smiled,
I thought life is lovely,
when my son smiled,
I thought future is lovely
but when my daughter smiled,
I thought I was born for this smile.

This is beautiful, my friend! I have four daughters (And two sons) and their smiles have always made me think the same thing. A ten is not enough to give as a rating but it will have to do

Through simple and lovely words you have unraveled the whole chemistry of love! I have seen that the bond between a father and daughter is something special.... But in my case, it was more a feeling of respect and a kind of awe than love that I had for my father!
