I love to see a cloudless sky
As blue as the ocean
Birds flying high
To sit amongst the flowers fine
There beneath the bright sunshine.
I love to dwell on memories
To look towards the old oak tree
To spend a pleasant hour or two
Remembering those days I spent with you.
And whether or not you hear my thoughts
I'll send them to you everyday
For you are in the spirit world
I know you are so faraway
