So tell me, what do you believe?
Even if I still look naïve
Speak to me of your thoughts
Even if takes a thousand words

We won't always agree
But I'll see what you see
I'll hear what you hear
So come and sit to me near
Tell me what you think of the wind
Of the angels who have sinned,
Of the spring flowers who bloom,
Of the mirror in the dressing room,
Of the stranger on that street,
And of your lost music sheet
Speak to me of your thoughts
Even if takes a thousand words

Show me the world you know
Let us talk of summer and snow
Let us move from adagio to allegro
We don't need to go with the flow
Tell me not what I might wish to hear,
Speak to me of your joy and your fear,
Not of what might sound right,
Not of what others used to write,
Speak of your flaws and your doubt
And I'll speak of the rules I flout
Speak of your blue and my red
As I lay on your chest my head
Speak to me of your thoughts
Even if it takes a thousand words

Let us talk more and have a little fun
What's the most foolish thing you've done?
Let us talk, let us walk, or maybe fall asleep
In our dreams all our secrets to keep
Let's wake together between the sheets
