So Very Young Poem by Richard Wlodarski

So Very Young

Rating: 5.0

Driven and weary
Yet so very young
Inexperience
Now so maturing
Life venturing
Death escaping
Youth still so young

I am not sure if you mean writing and life searching kept him young, or do you mean that due to life circumstances he was never truly able to mature through life and so had a naivete about him? I found either interpretation makes this a rewarding read.

Carl, both interpretations are accurate. However, the 2nd is a little tricky. Some of his life experiences had matured him beyond his years. I'm happy that you found it a rewarding read.
