Somewhere In Time Poem by Shaun Cronick

Somewhere In Time

Rating: 5.0

I swear one day I'll find you,
My vow to the only love I've known.
Somewhere in time we'll be reunited,
For your lost soul will find a home.

My love for you burns like beacon,
Shining through vast oceans of time.
So pitifully you were slowly taken,
Cruel cancer's a callous crime.

I promise you we'll be together,
Soon you'll feel my arms around you.
Your warm lips pressing against mine,
And our lives to share and start anew.

Such a vivid, deeply painful song, but with a love so deep that it looks towards another light, a new born home.

In sadness we live life is cruel. We need to believe it is not the end. The poem shows the promise of eternal life.
