Soul I Am For You
Soul I am here I stay
This is light you give
I love with eternity
I sing and sing for you.
I am for you dear father
You create and manage
This universe eternally
Very amazing this is.
I think and realize it
Here illusion binds mind
I need to revive life
Having value is good.
Soul I am for you dear
I am light you are super
You teach I learn love
Soul I am eternal I feel.
I feel my own light sure
Pure perfection comes
Love dwells and binds us
For you I live in Earth.
God has put the soul inside our body so that we live eternally even while the body perishes! Soul is therefore much more important than the body to a theist! We have to keep our soul free of all blemishes so that we can share in God's holiness! A poem emphasising the dominance of the soul over the body!
You express, or imply, a preference for the soul over the body. We trust and hope that the soul is immortal, while, obviously, the body is not. A fine reflection.
Body is mortal but soul is immortal and the real existence, a great philosophic poem..
