Speaking And Writing Poem by Dr Dillip K Swain

Speaking And Writing

Rating: 5.0

If one focuses
on writing,
he or she
minimizes speaking
to a definite limit.

Speaking is not essential.

A poet can feel
some unspoken things.

In his or her vision,
he or she listens to
the voice of all
elements of nature.

The walls speak,
the stones speak,
the thees speak,
the birds speak,
the butterflies speak,
the river speaks,
the sky speaks,
the moon speaks...

Be a sincere listener,
do not waste so much time
in unnecessary gossiping
and unusual speaking.

Observe and write!

Speaking is not essential.
