Spoke As Voices Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Spoke As Voices

The sky shown bright
Revealing the sun as it peaked through the woven cotton
With no arms to caress
It laid its body against the blue hush
A bit of home was recognized
The simple smell
The sensation of need became
An canvus that no longer dreamt
As heaven was with in reach
With no words to feel
It was understood this place was home
Without eyes to speak
They mimic'd the essence of each other
Bright touches that revealed more to be found as it sung
Sung to the stratosphere which watched them become as one
The angels tooted their trumpets to the mellow tune
Winged halos that spoke as their voice
As
The pillars of heaven shed a tear for such affection
Neither height nor depth could seperate the two
Peerless
Expertise was not needed as it came naturally
Within them
