Tomorrow I will stand on fire-
if I get burnt, I will fail forever;
if rain puts off the fire, I will escape from injury-
I will win the exam of my life.
My destiny has chosen me-
she has ordered me to stand on fire:
she is playing dirty tricks with me.
I don't know why is she my enemy?
I have not done any harm to her or insulted her.
I am determined to stand on fire,
I am determined to carry out my destiny's order.
Whether I will get burnt or rain will save my life
I don't know, I am not eager to know.
But I do know one thing-
if I get burnt, I will be defeated
and if rain saves me, I will be ever victorious.
Today I have appeared-
for a while the sky becomes cloudy,
two to four drops of rain fall on the fire
but again the sun shines brightly.
The fire burnt me as a whole.
O, give me water, give me water!
I want to survive, I wish to win.
Amidst the black coal, a piece of diamond must glitter...
