Pagan, the inner skeptic,
Rather believe in snowflakes
Than a hidden god who hates
Those with eternal disgrace
Who testifies planned changes
As quest stands still on life's stage
See, pagan does not stalemate
With those already once faced
Just another lost brother
Displayed in ashen color
Thus, he does not feel tarnished
And calls himself a realist
Progression mutely adapts
Their story, too many gaps
Pagan believes in beyond
Yet still, will remain at odds
At times I wonder how these Pagans keep going knowingly, when world around them evolved rapidly negating what they think and do. A very thoughtful poem. Full*****
