Start Anywhere You Like In The Book

Rating: 5.0

Start anywhere you like in the book
There are many doors
Stage exits and entrances
Lights that burn all night
balconies with garlands of roses hanging over them
pin prick stars
Suddenly a step into dreams
And sleeping there you are in chapter ten
Sleeping within your sleep
You still keep reading
the mists fall around you, rain blown leaves
Reading has become mere breathing
The switching on of the night light moon
The tune beneath your daylit mind resumed
The passage more real than anything to you
An unspoken agreement
Between you and one who lived before
And lives again, in you.
