Statue Of A Broken Heart Poem by Bonnie Collins

Statue Of A Broken Heart

Rating: 5.0

Endlessly with burning fires of
yesterdays harmony, stood a statue
of a broken heart

Bronze without a doubt, none the less
bearing the symbol of what was once
upon a midnights dream that turned
into yesterdays nightmare, standing
so direct but with pride, as through
it all, there was still room for the never
ending love held within its soul......

Another fine piece of work Bonnie, containing wonderful symbolism. Love, Andrew x
