Stay Away Poem by Sandra Feldman

Stay Away

Rating: 5.0

Best not to touch,
What you don't understand
Or have no proof of
How to handle,
Not only your fingers
May get singed
But your own
Integrity and reliability
May be questioned,
Melted or burnt away
Like a lying, candle.

A poem of great depth. Powerful and beautiful with words of wisdom. Yes, we will be compromising everything we have if we engage in falsehood, including our dignity as a person. Onto my Poem List.
