Roger Velli

Stillness - Poem by Roger Velli

My perturbed surface masks a innate stillness
That infinitesimal moment before my conception
Where no words or thoughts but silence prevailed
Nothing predates that source……

My life a single act on a shifting stage
I’m bearable alive and bearable dead
I’m waiting for that source once again
Where I had no name…..
