Storms Of Changes Poem by Spiritwind Wood

I been through the storms of changes
in life that was sometimes hard to take
where everything around me rearranges
and I felt the dreams inside that vanishes
just trying to let go of every mistake
I heard all the empty promises that were made
caught up inside this masquerade
I knew what it was to feel like I walked alone
trying to hold onto everything that was gone
and felt the world beneath me tremble and shake
I knew what it was to feel inside all the hate
that was trapped deep inside of my soul
unable to find a way to just let it all go
thinking that this was my destinies fate
to live inside this world that only fed me lies
I watched as love would come then only dies
with broken songs and empty lullabies
but inside of me began to shine a light
that gave me the strength to always fight
and to keep going on that it's never too late
that for every wrong there's always a right
