Suffer love in silence
let time heal the wound
love is often lost again
when words are spoke too soon.
Be a rock, a fortress
mute upon a shore
lapping waves in stillness
by the one that you adore.
Suffer love with silence
don't say an angry word
keep the air unruffled
by ones he hasn't heard.
Stand against the wind
bend, but do not break
be a willow in the storm
in a world you did not make.
Suffer love in silence
let time be your friend
if it happens not tonight
then by tomorrow, it will end.
