Sun Winked At The Stars Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

Sun Winked At The Stars

Rating: 5.0

The sky exploded into colors, and sun winked at the stars,
Stars winked at the night, loveliness in black and white!
Day and night met in twilight shadows, a secret rendezvous,
In the deepening purple magic, casting its hypnotic allure.
Bluebirds ceased singing, in adulation of the languid hours,
While the fragrant flowers, drew strange breeze encounters!
Gaiety will have to be waiting, no matter how it is missed,
For the world won't be waking, until the sunrise compromise.

Nightfall is coming soon, the secret activities on earth unraveled, while the night dips the earth in dark clothes, until the sun shows itself again, expressed very poetically, in beautiful night images!

5 Stars full for these night activities, profoundly worded, and as a most poetic treat: a sparkling graphic added. A profound prolific presentation, I so adored, dear poetess!
