Sunlight's Zeal Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Sunlight's Zeal

R-ain and chill have turned
I-nto a warm sunny skyway;
Z-ealous light comes shining,
A-pril twenty-third day.

F-og, mist, and haze
E-nd their presence in the air;
R-adian rays clear the space,
N-o more mess that can blur.
A-nother dawn has broken,
N-egating the twilight's deal;
D-elight fills the zone,
E-ndorsing the sunlight's
Z-eal.
