Sunrise Poem by JOE POEWHIT

Sunrise

Rating: 5.0

Light encrusted earth.
Halo of a new day.
Majestic purple clouds.
Fiery wisps dazzle.
Birds silhouetting shadows.
Tree limbs grasping today.
Dark silence yielding life.
Eye's open from dreams.
Light frames windowpanes.
Red orange ball voyeurs.
