Sunrise On Annville Paradise Horse-Neck Driveway Poem by NHIEN NGUYEN MD

On my spacious horse-neck driveway
I ride my bike back and forth, many times.
The sun is rising over the pink line
Diamond dew drops hang on jade-green lawn grass.
Robins hop around, looking for their breakfasts
Two sparrows fly away with dangling worms.
Nightingales sing their melodious songs
Other birds join sunrise chorus with their joyful songs
Green bushes of tree hydrangeas lie along my driveway
Chinese dogwood trees are loaded with white blossoms
Red and pink peach blossoms just dropped their petals
Several giant trees are waiting for their turn to bloom.
Slowly and gently I ride my bike,
Its squeaky noise brings back my childhood memories.

BÌNH MINH TRÊN ĐƯỜNG CỔ NGỰA ANNVILLE PARADISE

Trên đường cổ ngựa thênh thang
Mình tôi xe đạp chạy bao nhiêu vòng.
Mặt trời vừa mới hừng đông
Cỏ sân xanh biếc đính hờ giọt sương.
Robin nhẩy nhót tìm mồi
Hai con chim sẻ công mồi bay đi.
Du dương tiếng hót họa mi
Đua tài chim khác hót vui mừng ngày.
Bên đường, Bình-Bát lá xanh
Khuyển-Mộc, bông trắng lá xanh đầy cành.
Hoa Đào hồng đỏ mới tàn
Vài cây đại thụ ̣chờ ngày nở bông.
Đạp xe chầm chậm, nhẹ nhàng
Tiếng xe kẽo kẹt nhắc ngày tuổi thơ.
