Sweet Escape Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Sweet Escape

Wind,
Please don't rock my boat,
Have my sympathy at heart,
As man can't walk on water,
For I can't begin to swim without being taught,
Can't begin to breathe with out you,
Hold my hand,
A journey of one's soul to the next,
I know things can't begin to be as perfect as perfection,
Please don't rock my boat,
Dont let my plea go in vain,
The sweetest taste,
Your voice caressing my face,
The feel of the wood gliding across the water,
The reflection of you and I becoming one,
Paradise found as we carry each other through emotion felt,
Without walking away,
Satisfy my thirst,
In abundance,
Just as the sky to the clouds
