A-s you rise up from slumber,
N-ew dawn begins to break;
A-fter the twilight is gone, no chance for dark to take.
C-rimson rays in the sky
A-re shining in delight;
P-ouring rain disappears
U-nderneath the sunlight.
N-ovember twenty-eighth eliminates the sorrow;
O-pen your eyes to beacon that takes away the shadow.
A most unique birthday poem, Bernard. Beautifully written. Reminiscent of The Moody Blues.
