Takeout Poem by Lauren Coles

Takeout

Takeout
People are tried after work,
They just want to come home and put their feet up,
Meals don't make themselves you know,
Food is essential for everyone to survive,
After you help them with their homework or drive them to sporting events you are like a toy that needs new batteries,
There's good things and bad things about fast food restaurants,
A line may feel like a snail moving slowly,
You might get the wrong order and you might get it cold,
People need to learn to control their temper,
We all make mistakes,
Running a business means to make a customer happy,
If your headset doesn't work make sure a new battery so it doesn't die in the middle of your order,
If you do a good job you may get a bonus,
You always want to make them come back for more.
