Tan Shores Of Your Heart Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Tan Shores Of Your Heart

I've sunk into the white noise
Your heart makes,
The steady coming of waves
Crash against the shore.
The echo's can be heard against the grains of sand, washed away
Beneath the water surrounded by silence.
This is the effect you have on me.
Lost in the ocean of your heart.
A steady throb, calm as the wind.
I've tied a hammock to the posts of your heart, rocking back and forth
To the waves that come with ease.
Fading off, soon to disappear.
Into a deep snore
Listening to the white noise of your heart.
Steadily sinking into the depth of your heart.
I hear it so clear, the rising waves
Covered in the depth of your heart.
The serenity of cleansed ears,
Falling asleep to the throb of your heart
