Tangled Up In Vowels Poem by Wojja Fink

Tangled Up In Vowels

Rating: 5.0

My speech don’t rhyme it’s lost its flow
I’m ignoring things now don’t you know
Procrastination rules the day
Taken all my muse away
Tax forms papers ignored on shelf
Takes the joy out of myself,
I know they’re part of this big play
And what you earn is what you say
But Lord oh Lord I’m so behind
My dear Self I cannot find
Perhaps you’re hiding in those forms
But they’re like a graveyard full of mourns,
Ok I say, give it one more go
I’ve even told the taxman so,
I’ll try again without a break
Perhaps the sleeping muse will wake.

I can see how you untangle yourself every morning...without the taxman's help! ! Keep it on, Sir Wojja. Cheers. Subroto
