That Feeling Called Love Poem by Sandra Feldman

That Feeling Called Love

Rating: 5.0

Only poetry
Or the most moving
Poetic prose
Can even attempt
To describe,
The ineffable,
The overwhelming
Deep thunder
The breathtaking wonder,
That feeling called Love
So deep and intangible
So sweet and unimaginable
So difficult to find and attain
So abstract and untouchable
So invisible and desired
That it can control
All of life
Just by uttering its name.

Beautifully written, Sandra! Elvis said: “This thing called love, I just can’t handle it...” There are very different types of love too, and hard to describe, as you say.
