I felt the same way a lot times but I didn't know someone else would understand Bravo! ! !

Sandra, as sad as your poem is, it is still very much a catharic release for me. My dear friend, my heart goes out to you for your hurt. I sincerely thank you for having the courage to share it with us.

Sadly, one experiences those moments a little more frequently in the retirement years. I can't emphasize enough how much 'my second family at Poem Hunter' has been a cathartic body of support.
