That's A Nice Shirt, But I Don't Like The Color Sun Poem by Kewayne Wadley

That's A Nice Shirt, But I Don't Like The Color Sun

I await the dawn of your arrival.
The light of your soul to pour upon me.
Not tomorrow nor the next day, but now.
the sun free, without restriction bares it's emotion openly.
Bypassing the clothes rack of retail stores.
A steady smile in the hindrance of clouds.
It welcomes them.
Indulging in the river of life.
A sheer devotion no matter the description of biblical text.
I openly welcome the light of your soul, as without you.
The dawn simply could not exist
