That's Time Poem by Heart of Ice Die Die Die

That's Time

This life I live
a lie.
Always pretending to be
something I'm not.
Can't seem to tell the truth.
The truth is dangerous,
can't let people know
the real me.
Just want to die
get it over with.
Nobody will miss me,
not the real me anyways.
Empty and dying
my blood on the floor.
My life at it's close.
And suddenly,
I'm happy.
Or at least I'm numb.
I'm a horrible person
I say to myself.
You deserve to die.
But, it hurt me worse
to stay alive.
So alive I remain.
But everyone else disagrees.
So a knife
they did shove
into my broken heart.
And seconds from Death
I looked into my killer's face.
And there before me stood
the only man I've ever loved.
And the tears I would have shed
unshed
because my time was up.
My life blood was gone.
