The Busy Bee Poem by Sandra Feldman

The Busy Bee

Rating: 2.8

The Busy Bee,
Works hard for her honey,
Not interested in money,
From flower to flower,
Flips, does she,
In her life's dance
She's a conformist,
Not a sinner or a spinner,
Not even worried
About what's for dinner
Just goes from day to day,
Nonchalantly, free
How lucky we would be
If our lives were as simple
As the life of the Busy Bee.

Too true! And I don't suppose she lies awake at night, worrying... Oh for a simple, uncomplicated life and less of this frantic hurrying!

I too admire these hardworking tiny creatures! When we are busy like the honey bee, we won't have time for distressing thoughts! Lovely poem! I too have expressed similar sentiments in my poem....A Bee's Soliloquy!

Honey bee is very simple. But bee works very hard and collects honey from flowers. We are lucky getting them as we get honey from them. This is beautiful poem very well composed...10
